We regularly hire for a wide range of positions related to live chat and customer service. Currently, we need individuals who can engage with prospective customers online.

What You Will Be Doing: As a conversation specialist, you will use online chat software to conduct short chats with website visitors. This role is similar to having a conversation over WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, making it easy to learn.

You will assist people with their queries. 90% of queries can be answered using existing templates (or canned responses). The main requirement is to be polite and helpful at all times. Remember, the customer is always right!

Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 - $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed:

A device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Reliable internet connection

Hours per Week: 5 - 40 hours
Location: Work online from your country.
